What we collect
We store account email and profile information, family-group memberships, content you choose to share, security and session records, and limited service diagnostics. We do not store account passwords.
How information is used
Information is used to provide private family spaces, deliver sign-in codes and invitations, protect accounts, fulfill exports or deletion requests, and improve reliability.
Who can see family content
Family content is available only to members of the group where it was shared. Contact cards are opt-in. Living-person genealogy details receive additional role-based protection.
Service providers
We use carefully selected infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, database, monitoring, and email delivery. They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Your choices
You can correct profile information, change a verified email, manage sessions and notifications, export your data, or request account deletion from Account Settings.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-limited and audited. Deleted personal information is removed or anonymized subject to backup retention and the continuity of shared family records.
